Data Deletion Request

You can delete your data from SpacialMind Social Hub at any time. We offer three ways to do this.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside the app (instant)
Open your Dashboard, go to Settings, and choose Disconnect next to an account, or Delete my data to remove everything. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access tokens and the cached data associated with that account.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your request, or include the name of the connected account. We will permanently delete your data and confirm by email, normally within 72 hours and always within 30 days.
Option 3 — Remove the app from Facebook
If you connected with Facebook or Instagram, you can remove SpacialMind Social Hub from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. When you do, Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete your data. Our data deletion callback returns a confirmation code and a status URL you can use to verify the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your stored access tokens for the connected platform(s).
- Your connection records (Page list, linked Instagram/TikTok account details).
- Any cached content (posts, comments, messages, insights) and activity logs.
