How do I connect my accounts?+
Go to Connect accounts and choose Facebook & Instagram or TikTok. You'll log in through the official platform screen and approve the permissions — we never see your password.
Which permissions do you request, and why?+
Only the ones a feature needs: managing your Pages, publishing posts, reading and replying to comments and messages, and viewing insights. Each maps to a specific feature in the dashboard.
How do I disconnect or delete my data?+
Open Dashboard → Settings to disconnect an account instantly, or see the Data Deletion page for all options.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Connections use official OAuth logins, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and stored access tokens are encrypted at rest.
