Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SpacialMind Social Hub (the “Service”), operated by PradeAI. By connecting an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SpacialMind Social Hub lets you connect your Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, and TikTok account to publish content, manage comments and direct messages, and view performance insights from a single dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required by the platforms you connect and have the authority to manage the accounts you connect.

3. Your accounts and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you publish and the messages you send through the Service.
  • You must have the right to manage any Page or account you connect.
  • You agree to keep your connection secure and to disconnect accounts you no longer manage.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
  • Violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service interacts with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer and Community policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or policies.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your content. SpacialMind retains all rights to the Service's software, design, and branding. SpacialMind is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or TikTok Ltd.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpacialMind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
