This Privacy Policy explains how SpacialMind Social Hub (“SpacialMind”, “we”, “us”), a product operated by PradeAI, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our social media management application (the “Service”). By connecting an account, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

SpacialMind Social Hub is a dashboard that helps creators and small businesses manage their Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, and TikTok presence in one place. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We only collect what is needed to provide the features you use:

• Account & profile data — when you connect an account, we receive your public profile (name, username, profile picture, account ID), the list of Facebook Pages you manage, and any linked Instagram business account.
• Access tokens — issued by Meta or TikTok so we can perform actions you request. Tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown to anyone.
• Content you manage — posts, comments, direct messages, and insights that you choose to view or act on within the dashboard.
• Activity logs — a record of actions you take in the app (for example, a reply you sent) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect or store your social network password. Authentication happens entirely through the official Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok login screens.

3. How we use information

• To display your Pages, posts, comments, messages, and insights.
• To carry out actions you request, such as publishing a post or replying to a comment or message.
• To keep your account secure and to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build advertising profiles.

4. Platform data & compliance

Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs and the TikTok API adheres to the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Data obtained from these platforms is used solely to provide the features described above.

5. Sharing

We share information only in these limited cases:

• With Meta and TikTok, to carry out the actions you request (for example, sending your reply to Instagram).
• With service providers who host our infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, to comply with a valid legal process.

6. Data retention

We keep your connection and tokens only while your account is connected. When you disconnect an account or request deletion, the related tokens and stored data are removed. Activity logs are retained for a limited period for security and then deleted.

7. Your rights & choices

• Disconnect any account at any time from the dashboard.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.

8. Security

We protect data in transit with TLS and encrypt stored access tokens using industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM). Access to systems is restricted and monitored.

9. Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under the age required by the relevant platform (at least 13, or older where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
